Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Home Health experience
- HCHB experience
- DPT required
Assignment Details
- Full-time schedule
- No on-call or weekend requirement
- Coverage area includes Olympia and the surrounding area
- Mileage reimbursed between patient visits
- Responsibilities include OASIS, admits, evaluations, discharges, and overseeing PTA
