Job Description:

IHOP is seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to prepare delicious and high-quality meals for our customers. This role involves working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring food safety standards are met, and contributing to a positive dining experience.

Job Responsibilities

* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes, production sheets, and customer orders.
* Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring all dishes meet Onvo's standards.
* Manage food inventory, including ordering, receiving, and proper storage of ingredients.
* Maintain a clean and organized work station, including kitchen equipment, utensils, and food storage areas.
* Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations (HACCP, local health codes).
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely meal service.
* Assist in menu development and special event preparation as needed.
* Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Job Qualifications

* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality food.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
