<p><b>Apply for tomorrow’s opportunity today, with Volt</b> </p> <p><b>Volt is immediately hiring Machine Operator - 1^st & 2^nd Shift in Wharton, NJ.</b></p> <p><b>Shift Timings:</b></p> <p><b>1^st Shift: 6:30 am to 6:30 pm</b></p> <p><b>2^nd Shift: 6:30 pm to 6:30 am</b></p> <p><b>As a Machine Operator, you will:</b></p> <ul> <li>Operate and monitor production machinery according to job specifications.</li> <li>Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical documents.</li> <li>Set machine stops or guides to specific lengths using scales, rulers, or templates.</li> <li>Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.</li> <li>Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues.</li> <li>Assist with machine setup and collaborate with other operators to meet production goals.</li> <li>Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety and housekeeping standards.</li> <li>Perform additional duties as assigned to support production operations.</li> </ul> <p><b>This is a Full time, Contract to Hire Opportunity</b></p> <p><b>The ideal candidate will have:</b></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED.</li> <li>Minimum 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or trade-related role.</li> <li>Ability to read and understand safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.</li> </ul> <p><b>Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 Per hour </b></p> <p>*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.</p> <p>Qualified candidates should <b>APPLY NOW </b>for immediate consideration!
