  • Schedule: Looking for 2-3 (10 &12hr shifts) a week
  • Call schedule: None
  • Practice setting: Hospital
  • Average number of surgical cases/day: 35
  • Average number of pain management cases: 0
  • Number of operating rooms: 16
  • No peds
  • CRNA will be supervised
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Certification Requirements: NBCRNA, MI License, BLS, ACLS
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90
  • $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
