Provides skilled nursing care, tasks, and procedures under the direction and supervision of an RN, physician, or other authorized healthcare provider, including administration of medication, measuring and recording of vital sigs.

Education/Training:   High School Diploma and graduate of an approved

 program in practical nursing registered by the NYS Education Department and licensed to practice as an LPN in New York State.

Experience:  1 year of experience as an LPN in a medical office or similar environment.
