Radiology Operator and Medical Laboratory Assistant

Essentia Health is seeking a Radiology Operator and Medical Laboratory Assistant to support diagnostic imaging and lab services within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this dual role, you will prepare patients for radiologic procedures, operate imaging equipment under supervision, collect and process laboratory specimens, and perform basic lab tests following strict quality and safety protocols. You will collaborate with nurses, providers, and technologists to ensure timely, accurate results and compassionate, patient-centered care.
