Encompass Health seeks a Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered therapy in our inpatient rehab setting. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve patients’ independence in daily living activities. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and an interdisciplinary rehab team, educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment, and document progress using EMR systems.
