Renesas is a global semiconductor company delivering solutions used across automotive, industrial, infrastructure and IoT applications.
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist, NPI (New Product Introduction) Campaigns to help bring new Renesas products to market through integrated marketing campaigns. This role offers exposure to product marketing, digital marketing and cross-functional teams across a global organization and is well suited for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple projects, creating marketing content and turning launch plans into successful campaign execution.
As a Marketing Specialist supporting NPI Campaigns, you will help plan, coordinate and execute integrated marketing communications programs for new Renesas product launches.
Working within the UX Marketing organization, you will partner with product marketing and specialists across digital, web, creative, email, events, public relations and social media to move campaigns from planning through launch.
You will help develop campaign messaging and content, coordinate deliverables and timelines, monitor campaign performance and ensure stakeholders stay aligned throughout the launch process.
What You'll Do
- Support integrated marketing campaigns for new product introductions across email, web, digital advertising, social media, blogs, collateral and other marketing channels.
- Partner with product marketing and cross-functional teams including creative, web, email, events, PR and social media to coordinate campaign execution.
- Help translate product and business objectives into clear campaign messaging and marketing communications.
- Develop and coordinate content for email campaigns, landing pages, web content, digital advertising and promotional materials.
- Manage campaign timelines, milestones and deliverables to help keep product launches on schedule.
- Coordinate cross-functional campaign meetings, document decisions and action items, and follow up with stakeholders to maintain progress.
- Support event-related marketing initiatives, including messaging, communications materials and event coordination.
- Use marketing analytics and reporting tools to monitor campaign performance and key performance indicators.
- Develop campaign performance summaries and identify opportunities to improve messaging, content and campaign execution.
- Manage multiple campaigns and assignments simultaneously while adapting to changing business priorities.
What We're Looking For
- Approximately 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, campaign management, project coordination or a related area. Relevant graduate education, internships or substantial project-based experience may also be considered.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions and proactively follow up on deliverables.
- Ability to work independently on assigned projects while knowing when to engage additional stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy across multiple concurrent projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and SharePoint or comparable productivity tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting digital marketing, integrated campaigns, content development, marketing automation, web content, events or marketing analytics.
- Experience supporting product launches or new product introduction campaigns.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global organization.
- Experience in B2B technology, semiconductors, electronics or another technical industry.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline preferred. Relevant graduate education is a plus.
