Molding/Production Operator - 3rd shift

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial production, is seeking a Molding/Production Operator - 3rd shift to join their team. As a Molding/Production Operator - 3rd shift, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Molding/Production Operator - 3rd shift

Location: Scottsburg, IN

Pay Range: $16.50

Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

What's the Job?

• Monitor product coming off the machines to ensure quality standards are met
• Check for defects and perform visual inspections using provided examples
• Pack products according to written instructions and visual examples
• Trim excess fragments from molded parts as needed
• Count and pack products accurately to meet production goals

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to perform quality checks and operate plastic injection molding presses
• Must pass a drug test and background check
• Willingness to complete a walk-through prior to starting
