Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician

Position Overview
Join a well-established Southern California medical group that has served local communities for more than two decades. This group has built its reputation on delivering accessible, patient-centered healthcare with a focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness. This opportunity offers physicians the chance to join a growing organization with deep community roots and an established presence throughout the region

Position Highlights
· Established outpatient clinic with existing patient base available from day one
· Flexible 4-day or 5-day workweek options available
· Monday-Friday schedule with clinic hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
· Average patient volume of 20-25 patients per day
· Focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, wellness visits, and acute care
· Opportunity to perform office procedures based on physician preference
· 1:1 Medical Assistant support ratio
· Optional physician mentorship available within the organization
· NP/PA supervision opportunities available but not required
· No traditional call responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits
· 1099 employment model
· Base salary based on experience
· Sign on + Relocation bonus
· Monthly professional stipend up to $2,500
· Mid-level supervision stipend of $1,500 per month
· Additional incentives tied to HEDIS quality metrics
· 60% of collections on eligible office procedures
· 4 weeks PTO
· 8 paid holidays
