Lead Sonographer

Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide advanced diagnostic ultrasound services and frontline leadership within our patient-centered health system. This role performs complex ultrasound exams, ensures image quality, and supports accurate clinical decisions in collaboration with radiologists and providers. The Lead Sonographer coordinates daily workflow, mentors technologists, and promotes best practices in safety, infection control, and patient communication. You will work across disciplines, access strong clinical resources, and contribute to continuous quality improvement and community-focused care.
