Maintenance Technician

Marriott is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces safe, efficient, and guest-ready. In this hands-on role, you’ll perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues, and respond quickly to guest and staff requests. You’ll complete inspections, maintain accurate work orders and logs, and help ensure compliance with safety and brand standards. Working closely with hotel teams and outside vendors, you’ll support a clean, comfortable environment that reflects Marriott’s commitment to service excellence and long-term guest loyalty.
