FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist in Charles City, IA to provide evidence-based care to older adults in their homes and senior living communities. In this full-time role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, design functional, goal-oriented treatment plans, and deliver one-on-one interventions to maximize mobility, safety, and independence. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, document outcomes, and participate in mentorship, continuing education, and clinical growth opportunities within a mission-driven, clinician-founded practice.
