Location: Glenside, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | No Weekends
Pay Type: Hourly + Performance Pay Plan
Pay Schedule: Weekly
Earning Potential: $90,000–$130,000+

Retro Autoworks of Glenside is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician in Glenside, PA, offering $90,000–$130,000+ earning potential through an hourly plus performance pay plan. This Monday–Friday opportunity has no weekends and provides the chance to join a brand-new shop from the beginning. Technicians work in a new climate-controlled facility focused on advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns
  • Troubleshoot check engine light and performance issues
  • Complete timing chain, timing belt, head gasket, and major engine repairs
  • Perform PA State Inspections and emissions testing
  • Repair Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
  • Complete accurate, quality repairs

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of automotive repair experience preferred
  • Strong automotive diagnostic and electrical skills
  • PA State Inspection License required
  • PA Emissions License required
  • Experience with Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
  • Own professional automotive tools
  • ASE Certifications preferred
