Job Description & Requirements Family Medicine Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $139.68 - $151.20

This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity: ·

Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday 10 hour shift 9a-8p ·

Patients per day: 18 ·

Practice Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center ·

Scope: Outpatient Clinic ·

State Licensure: Washington state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Board Certified or truly Board Eligible and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). ·

Credentialing Timeframe: 3 weeks
