RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Physical Therapist (PT)

Adult Physical Therapy
Outpatient Clinic – Private Practice
One on One Patient Care
Monday-Friday, No Call, No Weekends
40 Minute Appointments (12 PPD)

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Physical Therapist (PT)

Ability to get a TX License
