Licensed Therapist

Rula Health is seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide high-quality telehealth psychotherapy to diverse clients. In this remote-first role, you will conduct assessments, formulate diagnoses, and deliver evidence-based treatments while documenting to insurance standards in our technology-enabled platform. You’ll collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinicians, practice trauma-informed and culturally responsive care, manage risk and safety planning, and support Rula’s mission to expand access to mental health services at scale in a flexible, mission-driven environment.
