Medical-Surgical Post-Operative Registered Nurse

Sovah Health is seeking an RN Resource Nurse for our Med Surg/Post-Op unit. In this key role, you will provide expert bedside care while serving as a clinical resource to nursing staff. You’ll coordinate post-operative recovery, perform comprehensive assessments, manage pain, and support safe, timely discharges. Working closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, you will help develop care plans and mentor nurses in best practices.
