OBGYN Physician
Waterbury, Connecticut

Position Overview
One of the largest physician organizations in the Northeast is seeking an OB/GYN physician to join its established and growing womens health practice. The organization provides the resources of a nationally recognized health system while offering a collaborative, community-based practice environment with strong surgical volumes and immediate patient demand.

Position Highlights
· National Top Hospital for ObGyn Surgery and C-Section- Castle Connolly
· Optional four-day workweek
· Approximately 3–4 clinic days and one dedicated OR day weekly
· Average of 20–22 patients per day
· Da Vinci robotic gynecologic surgery
· Strong surgical volumes and established referral network
· Level II Nursery with approximately 800 annual deliveries
· Onsite Maternal Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncology, and Urogynecology
· 24/7 Laborist program providing in-house coverage
· 1:6 backup OB call with no routine in-house call
· Post-call day off

Compensation & Benefits
· Base salary + RVU productivity incentives + Quality
· Sign on + Relocation bonuses
· 27 days PTO plus 6 paid holidays
