Job Description:

As a Burger King Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving delicious food, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment. You'll play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for every guest.

Job Responsibilities:

* Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders.
* Operate cash register and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
* Prepare food items such as burgers, fries, and other menu offerings according to Burger King's strict quality and safety standards.
* Ensure food freshness, proper portioning, and presentation.
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and exterior of the restaurant.
* Restock ingredients, supplies, and condiments as needed.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and courteously.
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations.
* Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
