Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Washington Current CPR certification Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client Associate Degree
