Unit Manager

Genesis HCC seeks a Unit Manager to lead daily operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This role oversees clinical staff, patient care quality, and regulatory compliance while fostering a compassionate, collaborative culture. The Unit Manager coordinates interdisciplinary care, drives patient safety initiatives, monitors key performance metrics, and supports innovative treatments and workflow improvements. You will mentor and develop staff, promote best practices, and ensure a patient-centered environment aligned with Genesis’s mission to maximize outcomes and improve lives.
