Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm -- 9-hour shifts with lunch break
12 - 16 patients per shift
Outpatient neurology setting
Botulinum toxin (Botox) administration preferred
Migraine treatment experience a plus
Sleep studies and disability evaluation experience preferred
Opioid stable patient medication management required
Fellowship training preferred
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
