Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Join a skilled nursing facility in Eugene, OR as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Oregon Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings is preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with common SNF documentation systems and skilled therapy evaluation/treatment planning preferred.

Preferred Qualifications Prior travel therapy experience preferred. Experience with mobility training, fall risk assessment, and restorative nursing programs preferred.
