Full job description

Mercy is seeking a full-time night shift RN or Graduate Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. In this role, you will deliver specialized, evidence-based care to critically ill and premature newborns, closely monitoring vital signs, ventilators, and IV therapies while responding quickly to changes in condition. You’ll collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and an experienced NICU team to create and implement individualized care plans. You will also educate and support families, document thoroughly in the EMR, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives in a compassionate, growth-focused culture.
