What You Will Enjoy Doing
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) activities on production equipment, utilities, and facility systems according to established maintenance plans.
- Perform predictive maintenance tasks including inspections, vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication, and condition monitoring where applicable.
- Conduct routine equipment assessments to identify wear, deterioration, or potential failure points before breakdowns occur.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, PM completion documentation, and equipment histories.
- Perform equipment calibrations and verify proper operation of sensors, controls, and production systems.
- Analyze recurring equipment issues and recommend reliability improvements to reduce unplanned downtime.
- Support root cause analysis efforts and implement long-term corrective actions designed to prevent repeat failures.
- Assist in planning and scheduling maintenance activities during planned downtime and production changeovers.
- Partner with Production, Process Technicians, and Maintenance leadership to improve equipment reliability and overall equipment effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to improve maintenance procedures, spare parts management, and equipment performance.
- Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems through planned maintenance activities.
- Execute all tasks in accordance with company safety, quality, and environmental requirements.

What Makes You Great
- Min High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience at ALPLA or similar industry preferred
- Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance Safety
- Basic mechanical understanding and repair capability
- Basic understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Knowledge of occupational math skills for measurements and calculations
- Problem-solving and team collaboration capabilities
