Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Schedule: 5x8
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Patient Care: 60 min Eval + Treatment

Crestview offers access to both outdoor recreation and Gulf Coast destinations.
