Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager

The HSE Manager is responsible for the overall management of the company’s Health and Safety as it pertains to company specific protocols, local and state regulations, as well as adhering to the Safran and Global regulations and procedures as applicable. The HSE manager will lead the HSE team to ensure that the Health and Safety of our employees is the core to all process and procedures that are conducted at CRT. Proper alignment with HR, Engineering, Quality, Leadership, Maintenance, and Supply Chain is required.

The role serves as the primary resource for environmental, health, safety, and security matters and helps ensure regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of safety and accountability throughout the organization.
