Lead Sonographer

Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to guide high-quality diagnostic ultrasound services in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. This role performs and oversees a wide range of ultrasound exams, ensuring accurate imaging, adherence to protocols, and excellent patient care. The Lead Sonographer mentors staff, supports scheduling and workflow, coordinates with radiologists and providers, and helps maintain equipment and safety standards. You’ll participate in quality improvement, education, and cross-disciplinary teamwork across Wellstar’s integrated health system, with opportunities for growth and continued learning.
