Summer 2027 Customer Analytics Intern

An internship with our company is a great opportunity to build your skillset and explore your career interests. Our summer student internship is a 10 to 14 week program that starts in mid May and ends in August. During your internship, you'll work on impactful projects that make a difference at our company, with our customers, and in our communities. You'll also gain exposure to different areas of our business and have numerous opportunities for networking and coaching.

Interns may be eligible for a one-time hiring bonus to assist with housing costs depending upon proximity to an our company office location.

Compensation Minimum: $25.00
Compensation Maximum: $39.00

The Customer Analytics Summer Intern will support the Customer Analytics team in delivering customer insights, business reporting, data analysis, and strategic research programs. You will provide hands-on experience working with customer, marketing, and customer experience data while helping support main business questions related to customer growth, retention, and engagement.

Responsibilities​

• Help maintain customer analytics reporting, and recurring business insights used by leadership and partners.
• Help with data validation, quality assurance, and documentation activities as we continue to expand analytics capabilities within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Partner with analysts to conduct ad hoc analyses, build presentations, and develop visualizations that communicate customer and performance.
• Support process improvement and automation plans designed to improve reporting efficiency, data accessibility, and analytical consistency.

Requirements​

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience working with data in Excel and at least one analytical or reporting tool (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, or similar).
• Coursework or academic experience involving data analysis, statistics, forecasting, research methods, or data visualization.
• Experience with relational databases, data structures, and data quality concepts.
• Experience creating charts, dashboards, reports, or presentations that communicate data-driven insights.
