Job Details:

Location: Angola, IN (Northeast Indiana)
PRN Dates Available: June 22-26, July 18, 19, Aug 15-21, Sept 8-13, Oct 6-16, Nov 3-13, 17-20, Dec 1-11, 14-18, Dec 28-Jan 2, 2027. Future dates TBD
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Call: 3:00 PM 7:00 AM
Weekday call once per week (mix of OR and OB)

Case Types Include:

Orthopedics
Endoscopy
Podiatry
General Surgery
ENT
OB (including VBACs; no high-risk OB)

Additional Details:

CRNAs work independently with MDs on site (little to no supervision)
EMR: EPIC
Proficiency in epidurals, spinals, and blocks required
Certifications: ACLS (AHA only), BLS, PALS
Enrollment in COI-IN PCF required
