As an OT Team Leader at Encompass Health, you will lead a team of occupational therapists and assistants in delivering high-quality inpatient rehabilitation care. You will coordinate caseloads, support complex evaluations and treatment plans, and ensure evidence-based, patient-centered interventions. In this role, you’ll mentor staff, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, monitor quality and regulatory compliance, and help drive clinical outcomes and process improvement.
