Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist | Neuro Focus | Savannah GA Area | PSLF

Position Highlights

• Neuro-focused IPR at a non-profit hospital system (Savannah GA area)
• Open to new grads with an IPR rotation and experienced IPR clinicians
• Heavy neuro caseload: stroke, TBI, SCI, amputee rehab, multi-trauma
• Sign-on bonus (multi-year) plus relocation assistance, flight/hotel/car covered for interview

• Sustainable load: 4-6 patients/day, 60-90 min sessions, ~6 contact hours/shift
• Advanced rehab tech, private rooms, 23 days PTO

About the Role
Nealy Pierce is partnering with a non-profit hospital system within reach of the Savannah area to hire a full-time Inpatient Rehab PT. It's a permanent, hospital-based role built around complex neurological rehabilitation, a sustainable patient load, and a mentorship-first culture led by senior IPR clinicians. You'll work on a strong interdisciplinary team of experienced PTs, OTs, and SLPs in a recently updated clinical space. The sign-on can be redirected toward your loan servicer, and the package includes annual merit increases, a wellness bonus up to $500, a weekend differential, and an employer-contributed retirement plan. Qualified candidates are flown in for on-site interviews with flight, hotel, and rental car covered.

Qualifications & Requirements

• DPT or MPT from an accredited program, active or pending state PT license
• New grads with a relevant IPR rotation and experienced IPR PTs welcome
• Acute care PTs with an inpatient rotation also considered
• Communicator who works effectively with patients, families, and staff
• Collaborative, servant-leader mindset
