Standup Forklift/ EPJ Operator – Night Shift (Cold Storage)

Location: Oakdale, CA

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, Night Shift

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Standup Forklift / Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) Operator to join our cold-storage team in Oakdale, CA.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, maintain strong attention to detail, and have recent, hands-on operating experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate standup forklifts and EPJs in a cold-storage environment.
• Load, unload, stage, and move product throughout the facility
• Follow all safety protocols, equipment procedures, and warehouse guidelines
• Maintain accurate documentation and support inventory control
• Work efficiently to meet nightly production goals
• Perform basic equipment inspections and report any issues

Requirements:

• Recent, on-the-job standup forklift and EPJ operating experience is required
• Stable work history: No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years
• Ability to work in cold-storage temperatures for the full shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Must be able to work Sunday–Thursday night shift
• Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience in cold-storage or food distribution environments
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Safety-focused mindset and strong situational awareness
