RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator Emergency Dept

Reston Hospital Center seeks an RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Emergency Department. In this leadership role, you will coordinate daily ED nursing operations, ensure safe, timely, and evidence‑based emergency care, and support a patient‑first environment. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring ED nursing staff, overseeing triage and patient flow, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, monitoring quality and safety metrics, and assisting with staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation. You will champion clinical standards, support staff education, and help drive continuous improvement in emergency care delivery and patient experience.
