How you'll contribute
A Physical Therapist (PT) who excels in this role:
- Conducts physical therapy assessments and develops treatment plans.
- Provides direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.
- Educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
- Documents treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.
- Collaborates with rehab teams and participates in discharge planning.
- Performs other duties as assigned

What we're looking for
Applicants should be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. Additional requirements include:
- Previous experience in a rehab setting preferred
- Clinical Knowledge and strong patient rapport-building required
- Current PT license
- CPR certification required
