Manager, Accreditation & Regulatory Compliance

Adventist Health seeks a Manager, Accreditation & Regulatory Compliance to lead survey readiness and continuous compliance across our faith-based health system. In this role, you will oversee accreditation activities, monitor Joint Commission, CMS and state standards, conduct audits and tracers, and drive corrective action plans. You’ll partner with clinical and operational leaders to embed compliant, safe processes, deliver staff education, track performance data, and advise leadership on risk and improvement opportunities, supporting whole-person, mission-driven care for the communities we serve.
