Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Director of Nursing – RN to lead clinical operations for our long-term care services. This role oversees nursing staff, ensures high-quality, patient-centered care, and upholds regulatory compliance and safety standards. The Director will develop policies, manage budgets and staffing, coordinate interdisciplinary care, and drive quality improvement initiatives. As a key clinical leader, you’ll mentor nurses, support professional development, and model compassionate, faith-informed service to advance health equity for underserved individuals and families.
