Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Indiana Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility settings preferred.
- Experience with mobility training, ADL restoration, and fall prevention programs preferred.
- Documentation experience with common rehab software and electronic medical records preferred.
