Job Summary:

Golden Care Therapy NY, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy in Elmont, New York, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ABA Therapy sessions with children with Autism, implementing customized treatment plans to meet their unique needs and goals

  • Collaborate with clients' families to provide Parent Training, ensuring whole-family involvement in the therapy process

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and internal teams to ensure seamless care

  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors to share progress, concerns, and recommendations

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes
