Wound Care and Skin Health Team Lead

Mountain Ridge Center, a Genesis HealthCare skilled nursing facility in Franklin, NH, is seeking a Wound Care and Skin Health Team Lead to oversee and coordinate our wound care program. In this RN leadership role, you’ll assess, plan, and evaluate skin and wound treatment, mentor and educate staff, collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, and champion evidence-based practices. You will help ensure compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting safety, clinical excellence, and regulatory compliance in a supportive environment focused on learning, quality outcomes, and career growth.
