As a Med-Surg RN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients. Your expertise and dedication will be essential in maintaining patient safety and delivering exceptional healthcare services.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Need 1 year experience in setting
- Must hold current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Flu vaccine is required with no exceptions
