CRNA Opening near Detroit, MI Located in Dearborn, MI - 9 miles from DetroitWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate CRNA to join a collaborative anesthesia care team at a busy ambulatory surgery center in Michigan. This full-time position offers the chance to provide anesthesia services across a broad range of surgical specialties in a fast-paced outpatient setting with no call or weekend responsibilities. You'll work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary anesthesia team dedicated to delivering high-quality, efficient outpatient surgical care.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
  • Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC) in collaboration with surgeons and the healthcare team.
  • Continuously monitor patients throughout surgical procedures and manage anesthesia-related complications as needed.
  • Provide post-anesthesia recovery care and pain management.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Deliver anesthesia care to patients of all ages and ASA classifications, including pediatric and geriatric populations.
  • Provide airway management services when indicated.
  • Occasionally travel to other ambulatory surgery locations within the health system.
  • Practice Environment This ambulatory surgery program provides anesthesia services for a diverse range of surgical specialties, including:
  • Orthopedics (including total joint procedures)
  • Sports medicine
  • Plastic surgery

  • Gynecology

  • Podiatry
  • Dental surgery
  • Pediatrics

  • Qualifications
  • Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA)
  • Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license at the time of submission
  • Minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience (excluding RN experience and clinical training)
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications
  • Clean malpractice and professional license history
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to other ambulatory surgery sites
  • DEA registration (required prior to start date)
  • CSR/CDS registration (required prior to start date)
  • Current NPDB Self-Query Report (dated within last 30 days)
