Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based rehabilitation services to adult patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses. In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, and train patients and caregivers for safe discharge. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives while growing your skills in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment.
