HR GENERALIST – LUXURY BOUTIQUE HOTEL
The HR Generalist supports all aspects of human resources while partnering with hotel leadership to maintain a high-performing, engaged workforce and exceptional luxury service culture.
HR Generalist Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR best practices.
- Support payroll, benefits, HRIS, leave administration, and employee records.
- Partner with department leaders on staffing, retention, training, and development.
- Monitor HR metrics and address employee and operational needs.
- Promote a positive, professional culture aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
HR Generalist Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Strong employee-relations, recruiting, and compliance experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on, approachable, and service-oriented leadership style.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
Salary Range- $75K plus a robust benefits package
