Physical Therapist

South Pacific Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, one-on-one rehabilitation in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. You will perform thorough evaluations, design evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver hands-on care focused on mobility, function, and quality of life for an older adult population. Working in a clinician-centered, collaborative culture, you’ll partner closely with an interdisciplinary team, document carefully in the EMR, and educate patients and families.
