1st Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a 1st Machine Operator to join their team. As a 1st Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 1st Machine Operator

Location: Braselton, GA

Pay Range: $19

Shift: 1st 5:30am-2:00pm

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machines including resistance welding machines, brake presses, and mechanical power presses.
• Complete the Operator Maintenance Program (OMP) for assigned machines within the first ninety (90) days of employment.
• Consistently meet production requirements to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Identify unsafe conditions or defective products and take corrective actions to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of related manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Ability to use personal protective equipment at all times.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and measurement reading.
