- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve issues and ensure successful program execution.
- Maintain accurate program tracking, follow up on action items, and ensure accountability across departments.
- Develop a strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing and repair processes, customer requirements, and internal operating procedures.
- Take ownership of assigned programs and demonstrate the ability to manage increasing levels of complexity and responsibility over time.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and a willingness to take ownership of results.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence progress without direct authority.
- Comfortable communicating program status, identifying risks, and escalating issues to leadership.
- Strong desire to learn, develop leadership skills, and pursue long-term career growth within the organization.
