Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $1890 per week.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO) and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO).

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO) and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO).

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 1 year Med Surg, inpatient only.

Special Requests: Block scheduling (no specific days) may be approved based on facility requirements. RTO of 5 days or less must be made up on the back end. Holiday RTO: only 1 request per assignment.

Unit Details: Medical patients, including post-trauma, post-surgical, and medical comorbidities. Uses bladder scanner, vein finder, IV pumps, and wound vacs.

Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. Every other weekend, as required by facility. No call.

Floating Requirements: As needed, to a similar or lower acuity unit.
