Nurse Practitioner II

Kaiser Permanente seeks a Nurse Practitioner II to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide comprehensive assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and develop evidence-based care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You will educate patients and families, coordinate follow-up care, and use electronic health records to document accurately.
